1. S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl

Set in an alternate reality, the second catastrophe of a mysterious origin occurred in the Chornobyl Exclusion Zone, which caused odd changes in the surrounding region. The character assumes the role of the mysterious Marked One, A man with amnesiac memory seeking to kill and locate the mysterious Strelok in the Exclusion Zone, a prohibited zone within the vicinity of Chornobyl. Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant. The game is set in the aftermath of the fictitious second Chornobyl accident that further contaminated the surroundings with radioactive particles and caused strange, otherworldly changes to local wildlife, flora, and physical laws. The game’s concept and terminology have been adapted from the Russian novel Roadside Picnic and its film adaptation, Stalker.

2. S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky

A precursor of Shadow of Chernobyl, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky introduces new features to the series, like the possibility of customizing the armour and weapon and taking part in wars between factions. The player assumes the role of Scar, a mercenary charged with stopping an army of Stalkers from reaching the middle of the Zone, a forbidden territory that surrounds Chornobyl. Chornobyl Nuclear Power Station. The game uses many of the exact locations to create Shadow of Chernobyl and introduces new areas, such as Limansk, the town abandoned by Limansk.

3. S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat

Call of Pripyat takes place immediately following what happened in Shadow of Chernobyl, with the story and events following those of the previous. The game includes new locations recreated using real-life areas like Pripyat town. It also includes Yanov Railway Station, Jupiter Factory, Kopachi Village and many more. Other features include an enhanced A-Life system, an updated interface for players, a brand new story, a variety of unique characters, two new monsters, capabilities, an expanded approach that includes side missions, sleep functions, and an accessible play mode.

4. S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chernobyl

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chernobyl is an upcoming video game currently slated for release on 8 December 2022. It will be the first game in the series released on consoles and the first S.T.A.L.K.E.R. game in 13 years since the release of Call of Pripyat in 2009.
